Enquiries: name, email, phone, country, service, company and your message. Applications: name, email, phone, country, professional body, membership number, specialisations, years of experience and notes. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam, and essential cookies for language, theme and sign-in.
2. How we use it
To review your request or application, introduce enquiries to suitable professionals, contact you about them, send confirmation emails, prevent abuse and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
With your consent, enquiry details are shared with the professional(s) we introduce you to. We use service providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed for the purposes above, normally up to 24 months, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing attiqulehsan@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted admin access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
